Andrea Bertua joined Waterstone Human Capital in 2021 as Client Services Associate for the Waterstone Culture Institute. In this role, she is responsible for daily communication with current and new clients.

Prior to joining Waterstone, Andrea spent 9 years at MVR Cash and Carry, first as Executive Assistant to the Store Operations Manager, evolving as Human Resources, where she was responsible for hiring and onboarding new employees, ensuring all operations related to employees run in a timely manner and supporting all departments with new hires needed.

Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, as well as a specialization in Human Resource Management from University of Minnesota. She is also a very avid student that loves history and the arts, having numerous diplomas in History of Art, Roman Architecture, Photography and different design software.

In her free time, she enjoys cycling through Toronto’s biking trails and even along Niagara Parkway.
