Blair Parker joined the Waterstone Human Capital team in August 2022 as Associate, Executive Search and Recruitment. In this role, he acts as the key liaison between clients, candidates and the Waterstone team to ensure a successful outcome for the searches he is working on. 

Prior to joining the Waterstone team, Blair developed strong customer service and sales skills working as an Insurance Services Professional with the Group Benefits and Group Retirement Benefits teams at Manulife, and as a sales associate at Moore’s. 

A client-focused and highly collaborate team member, Blair is excited to work with clients to identify top candidates who can help take their company’s culture and success to the next level. Blair has a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University. He now lives in the Greater Toronto Area and has a passion video content creation.
