Elisa D’Ippolito joined Waterstone Human Capital as a Client Service Associate. In this role, she will play a critical part in proving administrative support to the executive search division.
Prior to joining Waterstone, Elisa held administrative and management positions both within the private and public sector. As the Executive Assistant to the Vice President at Quickcheck Canada, Elisa helped develop and manage the company’s strategic and communications plan during its government procurement process. She later started working for a Member of Parliament as the Casework and Communications Assistant and shortly after as the Office Manager and Senior Communications. In this role, she helped connect Canadians and organization to federal government departments as well as, assist with various communications and engagement projects highlighting the MP’s roles and responsibilities with the House of Commons.
Elisa was also the campaign manager for the candidate during two federal elections where she developed, managed and executed the logistics for the election from start to finish including recruiting and training volunteers, fundraising, budgeting, voter and community outreach, polling, media requests and various communication material.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto. With over seven years of project management and administration experience, Elisa is excited to apply her skills and experience in a new industry with the team at Waterstone.
