After running organizations with up to thousands of employees on three continents, Guy started his consulting firm in 2002. He has been delivering outstanding results in fractional CEO/COO/CIO roles and as a project executive for businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies.

Fluent in French and English, Guy has experience in a variety of sectors: transit, manufacturing, retail, distribution, aviation, telecommunications, biotechnology, life insurance, and consulting. With deep experience in IT, finance, and business operations, he has an unusual ability to bridge these very different (and often adversarial) worlds to achieve exceptional results.

After serving on non-profit boards for 20 years, he obtained the Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation from The Directors College in 2021. He’s been providing governance training and strategic advising to board members since.
