Jeff Knisley joined the Waterstone Human Capital team in September 2023 as Managing Director and Senior Partner. In this role, he’s responsible for helping to scale and accelerate the enterprise-wide services that Waterstone Human Capital offers across North America.
Prior to joining Waterstone, Jeff served as Founder and CEO at Next Sales Shift, where he worked to empower SaaS companies and help them optimize sales processes and scale revenues through the optimal combinations of strategy, process, and technology.
A veteran sales leader, Jeff has helped to revolutionize some of Canada’s most iconic brands. He has led critical transformations in the business and selling models of YPG, Auto TRADER, UPS Logistics Group, and Post Media to name a few. Under Jeff’s guidance, the teams he led successfully transformed their sales cultures, structures, core offerings, and ways of selling to produce high-margin, efficient, and record-breaking results in hypercompetitive industries. He has also worked with SMEs, and emerging market start-ups to optimize their sales processes and scale revenues through the right combination of people, processes, and technology.
Jeff earned a certificate in Management Training and Development from Conestoga College and has completed executive programs and certifications from both the Helios Executive Institute and the Schulich School of Business – York University. He currently resides just outside Halifax, Nova Scotia with his family.
