Kerry produced her own YouTube channel Hang Out with Coach Kerry and currently has over 100 training videos available for female entrepreneurs.

She is also a Certified MacKay CEO Forums Chair providing CEO and Executive peer mentoring to business leaders.

Kerry is involved and an active participant in her local community and industry was on the Board of the Victoria Real Estate Board, BC Real Estate Association, Chair of the Capital City Executives Association, founding Managing Director of eWomenNetwork, is currently on the Board of the PBCA Canada and is part of the training faculty of PBCA Canada and provides pro bono coaching to not for profit organizations each year.

Kerry spent 12 years with Century 21 and RE/MAX as a top-producer and owned her own real estate company.
