Lori Moffatt

Lori Moffatt joined the Waterstone Human Capital team in October 2023 as Managing Director for the Waterstone Culture Institute.

Lori’s wealth of experience in leadership and team assessment, culture assessment and transformation, and people and culture services will help enhance Waterstone’s ability to support clients as they look to build high-performance teams and cultures.

For two decades, Lori has worked with companies to bring people, passion and performance together to improve the lives and productivity of employees, organizations and teams.  Her mission is to help organizations hire, develop and engage top talent to achieve great results.

A seasoned and engaging facilitator and trained coach with expertise that spans strategy and planning, Lori brings fresh ideas and relevant experience to her clients. She’s a workplace assessment expert, and offers that deep knowledge to her clients to assist them in creating enhance workplace performance.

She’s the former head of the People and Culture division for a large, national health care company and a former Director of Sales for the world’s largest staffing agency. Throughout her career, she has worked shoulder-to-shoulder with HR professionals and senior leaders to solve some of the most challenging people requirements.  She understands the complexity of corporate life and her clients benefit from her insights and her human approach.

Lori’s credentials include: CTI Coaching Training, CPBA Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst, CPVA Certified Professional Values Analyst, Certified Attributes Index Analyst, and Certified TriMetrix® Analyst.  She is also a Certified Facilitator of Crucial Conversations, a training system awarded best-in-its-class by the Human Resource Executive.
