I am a seasoned HR leader with 21+ years experience in Human Resources. I’ve held HR leadership roles with organizations that include Harlequin Enterprises, Deloitte, Yum! Restaurants International, Walmart and Mars Canada. I also enjoy being an HR Professor teaching HR at the College level to undergrad and graduate students.

My style is known to be transparent and decisive. I’m a problem solver with a track record of results and creating efficiencies to improve business processes while being a leader that emphasizes individual empowerment and promotes team development.
