Ron is an energetic Speaker dedicated to life-long learning and helping people achieve their highest potential. Ron works with organizations and individuals to improve their collaboration and communication skills and empowers them to thrive within a high-performing team

Ron grew up in Nairobi, Kenya and immigrated to Canada where he initially had a challenging time communicating effectively. He has worked diligently to turn that challenge into a strength and now relishes the opportunity to help individuals become excellent communicators and speakers. Ron also devotes time to guest lecturing at various Universities domestically and internationally (virtually).  He has presented to audiences of 500+ participants and enjoys helping the next generation of business leaders.

Prior to consulting, Ron spent 15 years in Finance leadership roles mainly within the CPG industry and brings this hands-on business experience into his facilitation. Ron has always gravitated towards leading training and development courses. He has worked closely with C-suite business leaders and enjoys teaching this skillset to individuals.

Ron graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce and has completed his CPA, CMA. Ron enjoys time with family, reading, coaching soccer and he is a massive sports fan.
