Sarah Morgenstern

Sarah Morgenstern is a trusted Strategic Advisor. Sarah’s combined experience as a successful entrepreneur and a management consultant with a focus on strategy and organization has positioned her to guide Clear Concept’s growth into new product offerings, markets and delivery mechanisms.

Her extensive career in management consulting includes serving as Country Head for Cubane Consulting Canada and over 13 years with Kearney, where she was a Principal in the Enterprise Transformation practice. Sarah led large-scale transformation and performance management initiatives for clients in Canada and the United States in the telecommunications, retail and financial services sectors.

Sarah was also the Co-Founder and CEO of SavvyMom Media, a digital publishing company, which she launched and exited upon its acquisition. She also currently serves as Strategic Advisor and Advisory Board member to several high-growth businesses.

An active volunteer with expertise in not-for-profit governance and fundraising, Sarah is a member of the Ivey Advisory Board, where she chairs the Ivey Annual Fund, and also serves on the boards of CanadaHelps, where she chairs the Governance Committee, and the Bishop Strachan School, where she co-chairs the Development Committee.

Sarah obtained an MBA from the Ivey Business School and a BA (Honours) in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto. She also holds the Chartered Professional Accountant designation.
