Tracy Hennessy joined Waterstone Human Capital in November 2018 as a Client Services Associate and moved into the role of Marketing & Events Associate at the start of 2020; in 2022, she transitioned into the role of Associate, Executive Search and Recruitment, giving her hands-on experience in multiple business lines at Waterstone Human Capital.
In her current role, Tracy plays a key role in supporting executive search clients – researching and developing candidates to a successful outcome for clients across a range of industries, roles and geographical areas.
Prior to joining Waterstone, Tracy spent over 20 years of her career in the hospitality industry, most recently as the Senior Conference Service Manager at the InterContinental Toronto Centre. In addition to leading a team, she was responsible for managing the logistics of high profile events at the hotel such as the G20 Summit, the International AIDS Conference and the Microsoft World Partner Conference to name a few.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality and Tourism from Ryerson University. She lives in Oakville with her husband and 3 daughters and enjoys spending time with the family and travelling.
