People and Culture Leader

We’re on the search for a dynamic People and Culture Leader on behalf of our client, a multi-site manufacturing organization in the west end of the GTA. Do you have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in people and culture and human resources operations, particularly in entrepreneurial environments? And a proven track record as a hands-on HR leader with a capacity for both tactical execution and strategic development? If yes, then this could be the role for you.

Reporting directly to the President and collaborating closely with the Controller, the People and Culture Leader will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic development and seamless execution of all aspects related to the organization’s people and culture. This role is accountable for leading comprehensive people strategies, programs, and processes that fuel growth and foster a winning and inclusive culture.

As a People and Culture Leader, you bring a deep understanding of provincial laws and regulations governing human resources and health and safety. You have strong communication skills with the ability to analyze complex information and make persuasive presentations, and success in dealing with confidential issues with sensitivity, efficiency, and professionalism.
