Director of Finance and Corporate Controller

We’re leading the search for a Director of Finance and Corporate Controller on behalf of our client. Do you have progressive leadership experience in finance or accounting with a strong work ethic? And experience in custom job-shop manufacturing operations or construction? If yes, this could be the role for you!

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Finance and Corporate Controller will lead the accounting function and all aspects of financial management including financial reporting and analysis, regulatory, budget planning, forecasts, and projections.

Key responsibilities include oversight of the financial operations and ensuring that an adequate system of internal controls is in place. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project and cost-based accounting combining operational and financial cost accounting with business acumen in a very entrepreneurial environment highly focused on quality and service.
