Vice President, Operations

We’re searching for a Vice President, Operations on behalf of our client, a high growth business in the specialty manufacturing industry. If you have at least 20+ years of operational manufacturing experience and 10+ years as a leader in an engineered to order environment, this could be the role for you.

As the Vice President, Operations, you will play a crucial role in both the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be tasked with optimizing efficiency, enhancing processes, and ensuring the overall success of business operations. The VP, Operations will be well versed in lean processes and continuous improvement and will lead the organization through fulsome systems and process improvement to drive efficiencies. In addition, the VP will be a leader of people who instills a culture of trust, engagement, and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives, overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow across all departments, and building and leading a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
